Terroir
The Pays d'Oc takes full advantage of its Mediterranean climate. With its coastline bordering the region in the South, it provides hot and dry summers for perfect maturity.On the other side, the Black Mountain brings enough humidity and cool temperatures for the vineyards to produce grapes packed full with fruity aromas.

The winemaker
Marilyn Lasserre studied extensively in Bordeaux, Toulouse, and Montpellier, specializing in Winemaking, Oenology, Wines and Spirits Trade, and the Wine and Spirits Education Trust. She honed her skills in St Emilion, Côtes de Gascogne, and Vigneronsde Buzet for 6 years, followed by a decade of international wine-making across South Africa, Spain, Australia, and the USA.Marilyn's diverse experience empowers her to create innovative wines merging traditional and New World methods. Recognizing the importance of tailored wines, she focused on the Languedoc region, contributing to its global appeal.Marilyn pioneered innovation and elevated Languedoc’s wines,blending modernity with tradition and enhancing quality through meticulous vineyard selection and wine-making mastery.
